Apparently, pants are required on NYC Subways.
6 were cuffed and arrested. Boxer-baring is of course, outlawed under the Patriot Act. No word on whether the arrested were sent to Guantanemo Bay.

These people are pretty funny. I mean, they're improv-ers, which means they often think they're funnier then they really are, but still, this stuff is part of what makes New York so great.
